I have been hibernating for some time now and I apologize for that! Today, I begin posting again for 2013 with something as easy as 1, 2, 3. Enjoy making Artichoke Dip!
1 can of 14 oz. artichokes (packed in water, not oil)
1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of mayonaise
Salt and pepper to taste
First, drain the artichokes and chop them coarsely.
Next, combine chopped artichokes with Parmesan and mayo in a microwavable or oven-proof serving dish.
Lastly, place the dish into the microwave and heat it on high for 5 minutes (Pause in between to stir to ensure that the dip gets heated evenly).
If you wish, add fresh ground pepper and salt to taste . Now, it’s ready to be served!
