The first time I had this was way back when I lived in Hawaii. I would go to a nearby deli that served bagels with the works. My usual choice would be with lettuce, smoked salmon, a slice of tomato, alfalfa sprouts, capers and most importantly, my favorite, Sundried Tomato Cream Cheese Spread!
1/2 medium size Red Onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
50 g Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
226 g Cream cheese, cubed
Place all the ingredients except for salt into a chopper and chop away till you get a nice, creamy and well mixed mixture just like a spread. Check for seasoning. Add a sprinkle of salt if needed. Mix again and taste. Then, store the mixture into sterilized jars and keep them in the refrigerator. Use whenever and however you like! Of course, be sure not to keep it for too long as it would go bad! ENJOY!!!
