Similar but Different!

When I used to live in Kuala Lumpur, I would frequent my favorite coffee joint every morning so I can have a large cup of Americano and a TEC.  Well, that’s what they call it there!  It’s actually a Turkey, Egg and Cheese Croissant.  Since I was kind of missing it yesterday and thinking thin is the current goal, I made something similar but different to end my cravings!

Crustless Turkey Ham and Cheddar Cheese Quiche

The Ingredients

150 g Sliced Turkey Ham, cut into smaller cubed pieces

3/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

6 Eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 170˚C. Lightly grease your baking dish with butter and set it aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with milk, cream, salt and pepper. Then, add the turkey and cheese.  Mix them well together.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and place it into the oven.  Bake for 40 minutes and your gorgeous, simple, crustless quiche is ready to eat!
